Nincsen más dolgod csak összekötni a szerviz csatlakozóban
a két lábat, és gyújtást adni (nem indítózni)
kb. 6-7 másodpercre. Ezek után vedd ki a kulcsot, majd adrótot,
és amikor ismét gyújtást adsz, már le
is resetelõdött a computer.
Ha 12 másodpercig adsz gyújtást (gyújtás
amig el nem alszik a lámpa) akkor az Inspectiont is reseteli.
T uningolásE30 (M20) 327i motorra
Elõször is keríts egy komplett 325e fõtengelyt dugókkal hajtókarokkal együtt. Ha a hengerfejedet nem akarod kicserélni akkor 1987-ig gyártott lapos tetejû dugattyúsat. Az utána gyártottak már 325i vagy ahhoz hasonlító domború dugóval szereltek amihez 325i hengerfej is kell. Egy garnitúra dugattyúgyûrû kb. 14.000 Ft (eredeti Mahle vagy Kolbenschmit). Egy komplett csapágyszett kb 20.000 Ft, talán 25.000 Ft max. A blokkot fel kell furatni. Minden hengert 4mm-el. De a fúráshoz akkor kezdjél hozzá ha már megvannak a dugók. A dugókra furasd a hengereket. Így teljesen új motor illesztésed lesz. Nekem a szerelõ 3 századra illesztettea hengereket. Az összes többi dolgot pl: Jetronic motorvezérlõ, gyújtás, injectorok maradhatnak. Már ettöl a változástól is izom nyomaték gyár lesz belõle.
Ha teljes tuningot akarsz csinálni,
érdemes kicserélni a következöket:
- injectorokat nagyobbra
- 325i szívóöntvény+pillangó
- végig 2 csöves kipufogó
rendszer
- 325e kuplung szerkezet+tárcsa
- 260-as váltó
- 4 tárcsafék
- dupla rugós hengerfej
- kis lendkerék (320i Jetronicról
valóra.)
- a szivó és a kipuffogó
járatot kimarni kifinomitani
- vastagabb kipfogó. öntvények
- sperr diffi.
Ezek után a sima motronicos 320i
veztengelyel is gyorsan elfogja érni a 230Km/h-t.
